Health Centers in both campuses operate 24/7.

Students can reach the Health Center as below:

For Fener (Main) Campus, by dialing university extension “1273” or “0212-338 1100” from mobile phones and external land-lines.
For West Campus, by dialing university extension “7000” or “0212-338 7000” from mobile phones and external land-lines.
Health Center has an ambulance for transferring patients to other hospitals, when needed.

Security

Koc University security team is on 24/7 duty all around the campus including dormitories area.

For West Campus, by dialing university extension “7007” or “0212-338 7007” from mobile phones and external land-lines.

Cleaning

Dorms has a regular cleaning service done by an internationally certificated vendor. All cleaners are supervised and coordinated by the “Dormitories Office”. Common areas are cleaned regularly during the day and rooms are cleaned periodically according to the program determined by the Housing Directorate.

On those days, residents are asked to leave their rooms tidy enough for a faster and better cleaning.

Heating and Hot Water

Hot water runs 24/7 throughout the year. Heating is provided by Central Heating System during winter.

Laundry

There are self-service laundries in all dorms. Washing machines, drying machines and a practical ironing set are available.

There are common kitchens with basic appliances in the Main (Fener) Campus dorms. There are A1, A4 and B1 kitchens on the West Campus. Every dorm student can use the kitchens within the limits of Dormitory Guidelines and Regulations.

Lounges

Every dorm has a common lounge furnished with couches, computers, internet connection, printer and LCD TV.

Internet

Residents have unlimited Internet connection in every bedroom and wireless connection in every dorm building, free of charge.
