Students’ housing applications are processed by the Housing Directorate, who is solely responsible for all matters pertaining to housing, including placement decisions.

Admitted international undergraduate full time studentsneed to make an online application for on-campus housing through KUHub, using the KUHub ID username and password that will be sent by Koç University’s Registrar and Student Affairs Directorate before each year’s Fall Registration Week.

Prospective  international undergraduate exchange students need to make an online application for on-campus housing through KUHub, using the username and password sent by Koç University’s Registrar and Student Affairs Directorate before the start of their exchange term. You must pay your dormitory fee and dormitory deposit during the dates which are published in the “Announcements” section of our website. You will be refunded your dormitory deposit at the end of your exchange semester, in case of early check-out and after any room damages’ costs have been deducted. After arriving on campus, if you want to make changes to your housing arrangements you can send  room change request by email to housing@ku.edu.tr . Please note that the Housing Directorate can’t assist students in finding off-campus housing.
