Within the scope of regulations mentioned above, the students who will accommodate in our dormitories will be asked to present their vaccination cards issued via the e-nabız application (or equivalent documents for international students) showing the vaccination against COVID-19 to confirm that they do not have a contagious disease preventing them from living in a communal area. Students, who have had the COVID-19 disease are required to submit an official document showing that they have had the disease, including the date of diagnosis and date of end of isolation. In any case, the regulations to be issued by the Ministry of Health, the Council of Higher Education, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and any other public authorities are reserved.
Within the scope of Covid19, rooms that will be determined beforehand by the Health Committee will be designated for isolation and quarantine.
Visitors from outside campus will not be allowed. Only dormitory resident students will be allowed to enter their own dormitory buildings.
Kitchen usage will be based on several precautions. The number of people that can occupy the kitchens at the same time will be limited according to 4 square meters per person criteria and the relevant numbers will be indicated on the entrances of each kitchen.
6 square meters per person in dorm rooms, 4 square meters per person in common areas criteria will be applied.
No guarantees can be given about any dorm room type. Room assignments are made based on criteria such as address and class year of the student.
The number of people that can occupy common areas of dormitory buildings at the same time will be limited according to 4 square meter per person criteria and the relevant numbers will be indicated on the entrances of each common area.
Dorm applications and room assignments of each year are made seperately and independent from each other.
